Pessarattu or greengram dosa





This is a simple filling meal which needs a little bit of planning the previous day (need to soak the green gram dhal for 8 hours).
Grind green gram dhal (soaked) without any water and add shredded ginger (1tsp) and salt to taste.
If you like onions you can add the same .
Then heat the tava and make pancakes (dosa) out of the batter.
You have tasty pessarattu ready.
